Domestic Shipping

  1. Order Processing: We aim to dispatch all domestic orders within 48 hours (2 business days) after receiving the order.
  2. Delivery Partners: For domestic deliveries, we collaborate with trusted courier services such as Blue Dart, Speed Post, and other local couriers based on the geographical location and destination.
  3. Delivery Charges: The delivery charges for domestic orders will be based on the weight of the courier. Applicable delivery charges will be either displayed on the website during the order placement or intimated to customers if required.
  4. Delivery Time: Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (IST) on business working days, Monday to Friday. Please note that shipping or deliveries may not be available during public holidays. The estimated delivery time for domestic orders is within 3-4 days from the date of order placement.
  5. Delivery Address: To ensure smooth and swift delivery of our products, please provide accurate delivery address details, including the correct Pin Code and Email ID.
  6. Payment: Payment for domestic orders must be made in full in advance using online payment modes.
  7. Receiving the Parcel: If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier company will get in touch with you to arrange for re-delivery or you can pick up the parcel from their office location at the security desk.

International Shipping

  1. Additional Shipping Charges: International orders will be subject to additional shipping charges, which may vary depending on the destination country and the chosen service provider.
  2. Express Shipping: For express shipping requests, additional charges will apply, and free shipping will not be applicable for such orders.
  3. Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for international orders is approximately 7-8 working days.
  4. Delivery Address: International customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including Proper Name, Address with City/State/Country, Postal Code, Landmarks (if any), and contact numbers, including an alternate number, to ensure timely delivery.
  5. Liability: While we make every effort to deliver your purchased items in the shortest possible time, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by natural calamities, accidents, or errors by the shipping service provider.
  6. Proper Shipping Information: Please ensure that you provide all the necessary and accurate shipping information to avoid any potential delays or delivery issues.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses, and any damages/loss caused due to insufficient or incorrect shipping information will not be our liability.
